Following the positive result of the local referendum on 29th June 2023 to adopt the Neighbourhood Plan, ERYC have announced that the Plan has now been formally adopted by East Riding of Yorkshire Council and will be used in the determination of planning applications.

Basically what this means is that any potential developer and ERYC planners will need to follow the details in the plan.

Well done to Town Cllr Jon Duke and the dozens of local volunteers who played their part in putting the plan together.
