I’ve just looked at the East Riding Planning portal to see what’s happening with the application for the new holiday park in Barmby Moor.
The only thing worth mentioning is that 134 people have objected but with the exception of Barmby Moor Parish Council none of the statutory consultees have rejected the application. Some have asked for further information about things like traffic management and environmental details but none have rejected the application.
In the absence of objections from the consultees our recently elected councillors may have to shout loudly to reflect the views of local people.
