The King has awarded Kenneth Brian Gill from Pocklington an MBE for his services to the community in Ryedale.
Brian retired earlier this year from his position as Chief Officer at Ryedale Community Transport which provides rural transport for disadvantaged people in the rural areas of Ryedale.
