HIGH MARKS FOR POCKLINGTON GROUP PRACTICE.

The results of this year’s GP patient survey conducted during January and April this year have been published and show higher than average marks for the Pocklington practice in most of the categories.

  • 92% of patients who responded described their overall experience of the practice as good compared with 82% in 2022. This is well above the national average of 71%
  • 98% of patients felt their needs were met during their last appointment. Up from 95% in 2022 and a national average of 91%
  • 54% of patients usually get so see their preferred GP
  • 98% of patients found receptionists helpful. National average 82%
  • 60% of patients were offered a choice of appointment. Down from 74% in 2022.
