Just over two years after opening her doors Ali Bilton has announced that partly due to extortionate energy bills her kitchen and shop in Regent Street is closing down. This is the announcement on her webpage:

“It is with great sadness that we have to announce the closure of Ali Bilton Cooks, our stock is all sold out. Our shop and kitchens are now closed.

I would like to thank all our very loyal customers for their support over the last two years. I am going to take 2 months off and then come back refreshed to consider the future of Ali Bilton Cooks.

As Arnie would say “I’ll be back”!!
