Pocklington Town FC

Venue: The Henry Thirsk Amenity Centre
Address: Burnby Lane, Pocklington, YO42 2NZ,

We are a volunteer run, not for profit club that has been running for over 50 years in Pocklington. We aim to provide football for all ages and abilities to anyone who is interested in playing or training.

We run 14 teams, starting with under 8s and across most of the junior age groups right through to an over 45 Veterans team. Included in this are 4 Open Age Saturday teams playing in the Humber Premier, York and East Riding County leagues as well as an Open Age Ladies team that play on a Sunday. Our club is an FA Charter Standard accredited organisation, fully sanctioned and governed by the East Riding County FA.

We welcome anyone whatever their age, who would like to join us, whether it’s as a player or who just wants to train. We run junior teams with mixed girls and boys playing together and one of our hopes is to grow the club to include disability and girls’ teams alongside our existing sides. As a volunteer run body, we are also interested in expanding our off-field helpers so please get in touch if you have any questions on any of this information.
