Pocklington’s Fairtrade group was formed in 2008 and the town achieved Fairtrade status in 2009. The group remains active and the town successfully renewed its status in July 2023.

Pocklington FLAG aims to promote Fairtrade in Pocklington and the surrounding area and maintain the town’s Fairtrade status.

FLAG is very keen to find some new members. We are a small, friendly group which meets about five times a year to plan various activities aimed at promoting an understanding of the importance of fair trade.
