Walking and talking is good for mental health and walking improves fitness. Let’s all get our boots on and get walking and talking.

The group isn’t for competitive purposes and the aim is to get out and be more active, have a chat and make new friends.

Aiming for the walks to be around 3-4 miles with potential to increase.

  • Meet at: Different meeting location for each walk
  • When:    Sundays 10am plus evenings during the week
  • Who can attend? Anyone.
  • Admission fee. Free
