HSBC have just announced that they are to close 114 branches across the UK. The bank says that customer numbers have fallen rapidly since the pandemic.
The Pocklington HSBC branch will close in June next year.
It follows the closure of Barclays and Lloyds leaving just two ATM’s at Sainsburys and the Nationwide Building Society. I think this means you will only be able to pay cash into your account at the Post Office.
